María Padrón's house is an apartment with 3 bedrooms completely alone and independent. It's located relatively near to the famous intersection between 12th Avenue and 23th Avenue. Even if the location is not the more important of Vedado neighborhood, it's still near to everything, especially grocery stores. The place is quite centric and, even if the peacefulness is not 100% guaranteed (it's a building apartment), the position and the price are definitively interesting.
